Qualification Awarded : Textile Engineer (M.S.)  
Level of Qualification : Second Cycle (Master?s Degree)/ Third Cycle (Doctorate Degree).A senior textile engineer who graduated, will have enough hardware about high basic engineering science and textile engineering issues. Also working with a particular expertise, as well as research for a literature review, theoretical or experimental work and results of the execution to be interpreted in a report presented in the issues that will have the necessary equipment.  
Specific Admission Requirements : Students who want to enroll in graduate programs, must succeeded the university's academic and legal framework and regulations set by the YOK to complete the process / required exams. Before starting the academic year, student admission to the program and application requirements are published in the Institute of Science's internet address. (http://fenbilimleri.sdu.edu.tr). Domestic or foreign equivalent in education started in the program can apply for a student transfer. Admission of students before the beginning of the semester, each student's requirements and the application will be reviewed, taking into account his degree and will be treated as special.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations : National qualifications frameworks may contain levels (or intermediate qualifications) within the three Bologna cycles (e.g. a short cycle within the first cycle). These levels allow institutions to structure a particular qualification and regulate progression through the qualification. Qualification Requirements and Regulations are enacted by YÖK (The Council Of Higher Education) in Turkey.  
Profile of The Programme : Textile Engineering Department as an institution, with a powerful education staff, adequacy of physical (laboratories) and the scientific, social activities (national and international scientific research, symposia, etc.. Events, projects, publications, field work) and national and international reputations in the field in high and have a voice student of education and modern teaching methods based on the science and education center to be geotechnology educational purposes as the basic science knowledge, basic vocational, engineering, and economical enough in the areas of textiles, a universal and professional ethical values related to researching, entrepreneur contemporary and solutions to train undergraduate and graduate students who is committed.  
Occupational Profiles of Graduates with Examples : 1. As a responsible textile engineer for all textile production in the textile factory 2. In weaving mills 3. In knittinh mills 4. In manufacturing mills 5. In dyeing-finishing mills 6. In test equipment manufacturers or sales representations  
Access to Further Studies : Students who successfully complete the program in Textile Engineering may apply for a PhD degree in the field of textile or the field of science that accepts students from other disciplines . Students may continue in private institutions a career as a senior textile engineer.  
Aims Of Programme : Textile Engineering Department is awareness of the advantages ofthe country's textiles in terms of having , lifelong learning and research skills gained, entrepreneurs and solution-generating, national and international level of engineering projects, and conduct R & D work with success in the task can be done, social, societal, economic, environmental and ethical consciousness have focused on contemporary graduate students to grow.  
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading : This section is described in presentation course about the course and application form . Please see the corresponding class section for extensive information.  
Graduation Requirements : Get degrees / program to complete the announced money for 60 ECTS credits from graduate courses in the curriculum and successful completion of this course is required. Course supervisor of instructor subsequent to completion of phase to be determined under the surveillance of a thesis on a topic to be delivered. In addition, the student's thesis is accepted, will be assigned to work orally in front of the jury will be asked to offer a successful way.  
Mode of Study (full-time, part-time, e-learning etc.) : In the program education are underway as a full-time.
