General Information : At the graduate level of the Department of Labor economics and indüstrial relations it is aimed to educate the students with the qualifications of a manager, a specialist and a researcher needed by both the private and the public sector in order to orient themselves according to the changing circumstances in our country and the world.  
Qualification Awarded : After completing this program successfully, it is possible to have master degree in the department of Labour Economics and Industrial Sciences.  
Level of Qualification : Second Cycle (Master?s Degree)/ Third Cycle (Doctorate Degree).If you want to educate this department, you shold be interested in economics and sociology  
Specific Admission Requirements : Acceptance Conditions Criteria, which Higher Education Council and Süleyman Demirel University have determined in the regulations of Higher Education, are carried out in determining the acceptance of students for the department of Labour Economics and Industrial Sciences. The basic criteria are as follows: ? Bachelor?s Degree (Average of Points) of Graduated Students, ? Formal Document of Foreign Language Examination such as Foreign Language Examination for Public Employees, ? Post Bachelor?s Education Exam (ALES), ? Examination of Science, ? Oral Exam.  
Specific Arrangements for Recognition of Prior Learning (formal, non-formal and informal) : Students who accepted via horizontal or vertical transition system an adaptation program is applied.  
Qualification Requirements and Regulations : National qualifications frameworks may contain levels (or intermediate qualifications) within the three Bologna cycles (e.g. a short cycle within the first cycle). These levels allow institutions to structure a particular qualification and regulate progression through the qualification. Qualification Requirements and Regulations are enacted by YÖK (The Council Of Higher Education) in Turkey.  
Profile of The Programme : The target of this program is to supply the students with bringing up as an expert in several fields of social politics as well as canalizing them into doctorate program in the department of Labour Economics and Industrial Sciences.  
Occupational Profiles of Graduates with Examples : When you graduate from labor economics and indüstrial relations, you can find various jobs for ex. public and private sectors.  
Access to Further Studies : After completing the bachelor?s degree of the department of Labour Economics and Industrial Sciences successfully, any student may apply for doctorate program in this field or related fields which accept students of this department.  
Aims Of Programme : The aim of Labour Economics and Industrial Sciences is to supply that the students obtain, evaluate, comment, analyse and ratiocinate the information and knowledge by searching for scientific subjects.  
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading : This section has been explained in the introduction and application form of related course. Please, look at related course section for further information.  
Graduation Requirements : Master Program in the department of Labour Economics and Industrial Sciences consist of two course semesters and two thesis semesters. Extra two semesters may be given to the students if necessary. Compulsory quantity of credit consist of 21 credits so that the students may get master (grad) degree. Besides this, the students have to prepare for seminars by means of their advisors. The Council of the Faculty decides if the students have Adjustment Education before master program.

Program Learning Outcomes
1 Having theoretical information in the field of Industrial Relations in advanced level.
2 Having information concerning basic industrial theories and models and commenting these models.
3 Introducing to arguments concerning working life in written way or orally.
4 Having qualifications needed by public or private sectors.
5 Having workforce mobility and qualifications demanded by national and international workforce markets.
6 Having social, scientific and ethic values in the usage of theoreticial and practical information concerning Labour Economics and Industrial Sciences.
7 Having basic information interested in the structure of workforce market, its application social and cultural qualifications and social change dynamics and being able to produce politics concerning the subject.
8 Having digital and statistical research and thinking qualification; being able to use basic statistical package programs, searching for academic and occupational subjects.
9 Having critical and analitic thinking and qualification of producing solution.
10 Approaching to the problems from working life and social life from the point of historical and sociological view, having qualifications, information and experiences which will be able to help with producing short and long rung politics.
